“My Mission is to help educate future female leaders so we can all more easily find a career we love!”
- Caroline Franklin (Fox Chapel High School)
ABOUT Me
My name is Caroline Franklin, and I am a 16 year old Sophomore at Fox Chapel High School. I play varsity lacrosse in the spring, I am member of the PPLC Lacrosse travel team, and I also play field hockey in the fall. My favorite school subjects are history, french and all of my business classes. I am hugely passionate about music, and I would like to be a leader in the music industry one day…. but I am still only 16, so that may change!
Why did I start Women in Leadership?
I love learning from female leaders across all industries and professions and I am excited to share my experience with my peers. I have started the first ever Women in Leadership club at my high school. We meet 2x/month, bring in monthly speakers and also run a stock market portfolio tracker for our favorite investments. My goal is interview 100 leaders before I graduate high school and share them on this site!
